Community Access Supports

LifeRise Living provides Community Access Supports (CAS) to help NDIS participants stay connected, independent, and engaged. Whether it’s attending appointments, joining social outings, learning new skills, or simply enjoying community activities, we focus on creating meaningful experiences that promote dignity, growth, and inclusion.

Our supports are flexible and tailored — from one-on-one outings to small group activities - always guided by participant goals and NDIS funding levels.
