This website is intended for use by adults (18+) or parents/carers acting on behalf of an NDIS participant. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

• Assess your suitability to work with us (if you apply)

• Improve our services and user experience

We do not use your personal information for marketing, nor do we sell or share your information to third parties unrelated to your enquiry.

Submissions through our forms are processed securely via Google Forms and stored using Google Workspace tools, which comply with Australian privacy standards. 

How We Store and Protect Information

Information submitted through our website is stored securely using Google Workspace tools (Forms, Gmail, Drive) and is only accessible to authorised team members. We take reasonable steps to protect this data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

If you request we remove your details, we will take all reasonable steps to do so, unless required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
