LifeRise Living delivers Supported Independent Living (SIL) to eligible NDIS participants who want to live more independently with the right supports in place. We focus on clear routines, dignity, personal growth, and collaboration with everyone involved - participants, families, carers, workers, and coordinators.
We currently support SIL in both shared and individual living arrangements, with staffing tailored to daily needs and NDIS funding levels.
We provide:
24/7 support (including active nights and sleepovers)
Personal care and hygiene assistance
Support with meals, shopping, cleaning and laundry
Help attending appointments, managing medication, and following routines
Support to build independence, communication, and daily living skills
Collaboration with coordinators, therapists and family
Our staff are matched to participants for consistency and trust, and every shift is guided by the individual’s goals and preferences. Every plan is created and adjusted as a team - including the participant, their loved ones, our workers, and their wider support circle.

We currently have a vacancy for a male participant in our supported home in Nirimba, QLD.
This welcoming and structured home offers:
A private furnished master bedroom with private ensuite
Shared common areas
A calm, well-maintained home environment
A fenced backyard and local green space / walkable park nearby
24/7 trained staff on a rotating roster
Daily routines and support plans developed with participants and families
